I stumbled on the recipe for these delicious cookies on what promises to be one of my favourite future blogs, Baked Perfection.  I made the cookies a bit larger than what was originally proposed on the blog, and the end result was a single, gigantic pizza-like cookie, which had to be sliced into cute little rectangles of deliciousness.  The best part of this cookie-making extravaganza?  I have loads of leftover s’mores ingredients, so I will be eating this campfire dessert every night for the next month.
